village council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

I; Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey,
The following members were absent: Councilman Hintz

1 Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
kj adoption:

RESOLUTION 69-205
k NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
�! VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: NOT TO ACT ON EITHER -A PERMANENT OR TEMPORARY
SOL•UTIua FOR STORM WATER DRAINAGE REQUEST ON OLIVE AND MERRIMAC LANES.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindeeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Jdhnson,
Kindseth and Humphrey.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
