NOW THERETORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'VU"GE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLVMPUTH
Engineer Bonestroo made a report to Council concerning plass and
specifications for Street Restoration Project /8 of the Southwat Lprovemeat
Program /6$w.lE. _
The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official ,
paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the
waking of such improvement under such,approwod plans amd specifications.
The advertisement shall be published for two wets, ahall spscIfy the wok
to be done, shall state that bids wail be opened and considered by the
Council at 11:00 A.M. on July 18, 1%9, in the Council Chambers of the Village
Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed mad iilei with the
Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's chock, bid bead or
certified check payable to; the Clerk for SX of the amount of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Reeolutiom was duly
secondee by Councilmen Huta and upon vote being taken there= the following
voted is favor thassof: Me
yor Hilda, Councilman Hints, Suhsey and timdsath.`
No one voted sgainst.
WHER NCY said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
