Minnesota, was held on the �j 23rd day of June, 1969. ` The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz, Humphrey. The following members were absent: Councilmen Johnson. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its t adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-200 i1 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids on Friday, June 20,1969 i at 10:00 A.M. in the Plymouth Village Hall for the improvement of the !r ` i following to -wit: SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN INSTALLATION IN PROJECT P4 AREA } (BIRCHWOOD ESTATES), SOUTH11EST SANITARY SEWER PROGRAM (PROJECT N0. 68-1E) Bids were received, opened and tabulated according to lair and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. �# Bidden Amount of Total. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorised and directed to enter s" into the attached contract with Northern Contracting in the name of the Village of Plymouth for the improvement of the following streets, to-wit: Saaltm Saver and Yater Main installation in Project t4 area Birdwood Fatales; Southwest Sanitary Saver i Program (Project 68-16) according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall beretaiaed until a contract has been signed." ,I } The notion for the-adoption of the foregoing Besulutioo was duly i1 seconded by Councilman,Rumphrey ami upon.vote being taken thereon, the j afollowing voted in favor thereof: May "er gilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Kints, Humphrey.
