`. APPROVING THE FTRST NATIONAL BANK OF wAYZATA DISBURSEMENT FOR
THE PERion.EMDING JUNE 16, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $48,424.44.
The motion for the adoption :of the fore$a#n$ Resolution was, duly
seconded by Councilman-lindseth, and upon'vote being taked thereon,
