Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Coun-il of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 16th

day of Jtme, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
'i Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-192
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approving the Engineering Contract as submitted to Plymouth
Village by Otto Bonestroo b Associates, 1381 Eustis Street, St. Paul,
Minnesota.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk-

the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held June 16, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom
