Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
-Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
=16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
;Councilmen Hintz, Humphry:;, Johnson and Kindseth.
There were no absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
,its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-191
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Plans and specifications covering Well No. 2 for the Southwest
'Improvement Project f68 -1E are hereby approved for bid letting subject
5.to the Engineer advising the Council before digging of the hole is
started.
a The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
c, official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for
bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans
; and specifications. The advertisement shall be published and specify
Ithe work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and consid-
!ered by the Council at 10:00 A.M. on July 11, 1969 in the Council
Fl Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered
;;unless sealed and filed %.:-ith the Clerk and accompanied by a cash
;;deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the
;;Clerk for 5% of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
h seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the

ifollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
i
;;Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
i Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
