Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the
16th day of June, 1969. The following membera were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth.
There were no absent members.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption;
RESOLUTION NO. 69-190
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Plans and specifications covering Project #6 of the Southwest
Improvement Project 68-1E are hereby approved.
The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in
the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement
for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two
# weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will
be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 A.M. on July 11, 1969
in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be
`G considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied
?! by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable
to the Clerk for 5X of the amount of such bid.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in frlor thereof: Mayor Pilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Humphrey and ytudseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolut!.on was declared duly passed and adopted.
