HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-189VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIrING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the i f 16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. No one was absent. *f* Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-189 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on May 20, 1969 recommending: PROJECT 69-1,6,0-8 - improvement of sanitary sewer, water main and street restoration of the following parcels: AND 1. Kreatz Highview Acres, 4th Addition, Blocks 1,2 6 3. 2. Kreatz Highview Acres, 5th Addition, Blocks 1,2 S 3. WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on May 27, 1969 recommending: PROJECT 69-1,0-F - improvement of sanitary sewer, water main and street restoration of the following parcels; for sanitary sewer, water and street restoration: 1. Homodale Manor, Block 1, Lots 1 through 8 Block 2, Lots 11 through 20 Block 3, Lot 1 Homedale Manor lot Addition, Block 1, Lots 1 through 2 Block 2, Lots 1 and 2 for water main on the following: 2. Homedale Manor lot Addition, Block 2, Lots 3 through 9 Block 3, Lots 1 through 7 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement of Project 69-1,8,0-E in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the isproveateat pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement for $115,300.00 and Project 69-1,0-F at an estimated total cost of the improvement for $56,550.00. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- ments on the 21st day of July, 1969, at the Village hall in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, 'ohnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. The following voted against the Motion: Mayor Hilde. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting perk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify .that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of a regular council meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 169 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
