Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth. Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. There
were no absent members.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-188
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: AUTHORIZING ENGINEER BONESTROO TO
DIRECT AND OVERSEE THE CONTRACT WITH BARR ENGINEERING CO. FOR STUDY OF
STORM WATER STORAGE FACILITY PROJECT 69-2C AND DIRECT THE ATTORNEY TO
DRAW UP THE DOCUMENT FOR THE ENGINEER TO THIS EFFECT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth,
Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey; and there were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
