Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. There were
no absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-187
WHEREAS James Cavanaugh, 2618 Queen Ave. N. requested a
Subdivision Waiver on Parcel 4580, Plat 43734.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
I. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1956 in Hook 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County Miw—.eacta, rel ti^.a to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
In area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
That part of the SE1x of the SES of Section 34, T. 118 No.
Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota described as
follows: Commencing at the Northeasterly corner of said
SE'k of the SEh thence Westerly along the northerly line
of said SEDC of the SEk a distance of 228.00' to the actual
point of beginning of land to be described; thence con-
tinuing Westerly along said Northerly line a distance of
501,43'; thence deflect to the left 82003'22" a distance
of 399.061, more or less, to a point in the Northerly line
of County Road No. 15; thence Easterly along said Northerly
line of County Road No. 15 to a point 228.00' Westerly of
said easterly line; thence Northerly, parallel with said
Easterly line a distance of 347.00', more or less, to the
point of beginning.
Tract B:
That part of the SEA of the SES of Sec.34, T.118 North,
R.22W. lying Northerly of County Road No. 15 and Westerly
of the following described line; Commencing at the North-
easterly corner of said SEk of the S$h; thence Westerly
along the Northerly line of Reid SEh of the SEDC a distance
of 729.43 feet to the point -2 beginning of line to bc:
described; thence deflect to tie left 820(13'22" a distance
of 399.06 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of
said County Road No. 15 and there terminating. Except the
Westerly 110.00 feet thereof.

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon _he Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of. minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held June 16, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
