Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the f
16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor
Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. There were
none absent.
Councilman Humphrey, introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-186

WHEREAS Melvin Getten, President of Minnetonka Estates, Inc.,
734 E. Lake St., 'Wayzata, Minn. requested preliminary plot plan approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approved the preliminary plot plan of Minnetonka
Estates, subject to donation of 7 feet of right of way along County
Road #101 on Outlots A and B to be designated as park land.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

' following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duL passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
i Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefaly
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held June 16, 1969, with the original
j thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
