Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of

the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 16th day of June, 1969. The following members were present: P
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, fin dseth and Humphrey.
There were no absent members.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-185
WHEREAS ECKLUND 6 SWEDLUND, P.O. Box 38, Excelsior, Minn. 55331
requested final plat approval of Imperial Hills 4th Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approved the final plat of Imperial Hills
4th Addition and waived the ordinance concerning the concrete curb
and gutter because the preliminary plat was approved before this
ordinance went into effect. Mr. Swedlund is to pay Plymouth Village
$75 per acre for parks as agreed, with the exception of the area
along Queensland Lane just north of County Road #6, which will remain
as park property on the plot plan.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 16, 1969,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the some is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
