Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of

the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held
on the 10th day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
i
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey.
There were no absent members.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-183
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
(� THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Approval to delete from Area 04 of the Southwest Sewer 4
j Water Project 1168-1E the Black Oak Lane area with the
exception of Wayne McFarland's property at the Southwest
!! edge of Birchwood Estates.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution war duly

seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councils" Kindseth,
Johnson, Hints and Humphrey. No one voted against.

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
