MEETING OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
June 10, 1969
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on June 10, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth
and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.

resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 69-/7,1
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PASSAGE AND
CONTENT OF CHAPTER 935, LAWS OF 1969
WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of Minnesota did
enact Chapter 935, Laws of 1969, authorizing the Village of
Plymouth to sell its general obligation bonds for certain
limited purposes and under such terms and conditions as the
Village Council might determine, and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of Subdivision 2 of said chapter
requires that before such act can become effective it must be
approved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Village Council does hereby approve the
enactment of Chapter 935, Laws of 1969 authorizing the
Village Council to issue general obligation bonds of
the Village in an amount not to exceed $85,000.00 for
the purpose of acquiring land for the construction of
maintenance and other facilities within the Village
by the State Highway Department.
2. The Village Clerk -Administrator is
hereby authorized and directed to file with the
Secretary of State of the State of Minnesota a
certified copy of this resolution together with
the appropriate certificate showing the approval
of such Chapter 935 by the Village Council."
The above motion was seconded by &a1urrl, lmauJ:, .0h)
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, here-
by certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village
Council of said village held June 14, 1969 with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
approving the passage and content of Chapter 935, Laws of 1969.
