RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
10th day of .Tune, 1969.
-The following 'embers were present: Mayor Hi.lde, Councilmen
Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No members were absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-178
Whereas, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on September 10, 1968, recommending the:
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER SERVICE FOR MISSION FARM PROPERTY IN
THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 23 TO BE EXTENDED FROM THE WEST LEG
OF THE NORTHEAST INTERCEPTOR, AT A COST OF $44,100.
of the following street(s), to wit:
SECTION 13 - N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of SW 1/4
SECTION 14 - SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 EXCEPT AREA NORTH OF A LINE FROM
POINT AT NE CORNER OF SAID 40 ACRES RUNNING SOUTH-
EASTERLY TO'POINT 660 FT. NORTH OF SW CORNER OF
SAID 40 ACRES
SECTION 23 - NS 1/4 OF HE 1/4 AND SE 1/4 OF NE 1/4
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAt.E OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all or
a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to
M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total
cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 7th day of July, 1969 at the
Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30
o'clock p.m. The Village Council shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
3. This resolution is a rescheduling of a public hearing as
called for in Resolution No. 69-134 ordered at the regular
council meeting of May 5, 1969."

The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Hiaaesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meting of the Village Council of said village held the 10th day of
June, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the
same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the village this 12th day of J , 1969.
