Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
10th day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. There
E were none absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-177
WHEREAS, Paul Merz, Rt. 1. Maple Plain, Minn, requested a
Setback Waiver on Lot 7, Block 1, Snyder's Pine Ridge Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
A setback waiver of 10 feet on Lot 7, Block 1 was approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth,
'.i Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed aaJ adopted.
