Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of June. 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No i members were absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-176 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVE THE REGULAR PAYROLL DISBURSEMENT OF $12,773.26 FOR PERIOD ENDING MAY 29, 1969. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No one voted against. WHEREUPON said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *e* *s* •ws STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and meting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held the 2nd day of June, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true gad complete transcript therefrom.
