Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vas held on the
j;
2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Kindsath, Humphrey and Johnson. No
members were absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the followiag Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-175
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLM40UTE:
AUTHORIZING PATlIW TO HOWARD DARIAKEN FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES
IN CONJUNCTION WITS THE nmwTH OPEN[ -SPACE APPLWATION, WHICH
WERE RENDERED BEYOND THE ORIGIIiAL CONTRACT
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon rote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints,
Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against.
WHEREUPON the Resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

complete transcript therefrom.
