Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of June, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No steamers were absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-174
WHEREAS Maryland Casualty Company, 772 North Jefferson Street,
Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202 has requested a release of bond for
Fischer Construction Company, Burnsville, Rosemount, mina. 55068,
for the removal of gravel from Block C, Plymouth Orchards, and the
bond covered restoration of ground upon completion of the excavation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE REQUEST OF MARYLAND CASUALTY COMPANY, 772 NORTH
JEFFERSON STREET, MILWAMME, WISCONSIN TO RELEASE THE EXCAVATING
BOND FOR FISCHER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, BURNSVILLE, ROSEMOUMt,
MINNESOTA AT BLOCK C, PLYMOUTH ORCHARDS
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindeeth and H mphrey. No one voted against.
WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk -f

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

UPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
