HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-173VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen K1ndseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. There were no absent members. *e* Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its i adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-173 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.: ACCEPTING THE PLANS FOR ACCELERATION, DECELERATION, GRADE CHANGES AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS OF THE MINNESOTA HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT PROJECTS 2722-32 AND 2723-39, WHICH PLANS PROVIDE A CONTINUED IMPROVEMENT FOR SAFETY IN TURNOFF AND ENTRANCE OF TRUNK HIGHWAY t55 NORTHWESTERLY OF TRUNK HIGHWAY 0494. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution ,was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one voted against. WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 2nd day of June, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
