Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of. Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of June, 1971. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. The following members
were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved
Its adoption.
RESOLUTIOd NO. 69-172
WHERIiAS, Bertil Anderson of 14325C 17th Avenue has requested approval
of a subdivision waiver for Lot 4, Block 2, Rath's First Addition.
NOW, THEF.EFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of
Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April. 6,
1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the
conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in
arca and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following
described lands:
Tract A:
Lot 4, Block 2, Rath's First Addition, except the East 104,33
feet thereof. t
Tract B:
The East 104,33 feet of Lot 4, Block 2, Rath's First Addition.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmap Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor. Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth,
Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey. No one voted against. Whereupon the
resolution was da:clared duly passed and adopted.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
