Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Rindseth, Johnson, Hints and Humphrey. No
absent members.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-169
WHEREAS, Quality Howes, Inc., 12700 Wayzata Blvd. Minnetonka, Minn.
55343 has requested a variance from Ordinance 68-8, Section 10,
Subdivision 6, Paragraphs 3 i 9 to allow type 5 construction and
delete the elevator requirement for construction of a multiple site
at approximately Ord and Zachary Lane.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE REQUEST OF QUALITY HOMES INC. FOR A VARIANCE
FROM ORDINANCE 68-8, SECTION 10, SUBDIVISION 6, PARAGRAPHS
3 i 9, TO ALLOW TYPE 5 CONSTRUCTION AND DELETE THE ELEVATOR
REQUIREMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTIPLE SITE AT APPROXIMATELY
43RD AND ZACHARY LANE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolutios was
duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the folllowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor RAlds.
Councilman Humphrey. Johnson and Kiadeeth. Councilman Hints voted nay.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

and the same is a true, full and complete transcript therefrom.
