VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota vee held on the
2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey.

No ambers were absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-168
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
DIRECTING TOE ATTORNEY TO DRAW UP A COVENANT AGREEMENT COVERING
THE DENSITY OF THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE "LITTLE PENINSULA"

SITE PLAN TO NINE UNITS PER ACRE ON THE NORTH TIP AS SHOWN
ON PLAT PLAN A, TWELVE UNITS PER ACRE TO THE SOUTH, WITH LEGAL
DESCRIPTION, EASEMENT OF PARK AND EGRESS AND INGMS TO THE
j PROPERTY.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken tbareon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hints,
Humphrey, Kindsoth and Johnson. No one voted agdmat.
Whereupon ,said Revolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
