Purswurt to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No
! members were absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-167
WHEREAS Mr. Arthur Schiebe of 815 Cottonwood Lane, Minneapolis,
Minnesota 55427 has requested approval of the final plat plan of
Creakwood Heights 2nd Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
PPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CREEMMOA HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION
TO BE SUBMITTED BY MR. ARTHUR SCHISBE
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. 1% one voted against.
r WHEREUPON the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 2nd day of June, 1969, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
