RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
REPORT ON IMPROVF1iENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesc•ta was held on the
2nd day of June, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hines,
Kindseth, Johnson and Humphrey. No members were absent.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-166
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO FURNISH A REPORT FOR WATER
INSTALLATION IN CREB IOW HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, purswmt to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, 3E IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Engineer
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed, advise the Council in a preliminary way
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
recommnded. "
The motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Rindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one
voted against.
WHEREUPON the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

is a full, true and complare transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to ordering the sagineer to furnish a report for water installation
in Creakwood Utights 2nd Addition,
