Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular seating of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen F,iodseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey.
There were me absent members.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-165
WHEREAS, Melby Construction Inc., 5700 Twin Like Terrace
Minneapolis, Minn. 55429 has requested a sideline waiver at
715 Queensland Lane, Lot 2, Block 1, Fasendin-Krogness Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLiGS OF PLYLLWTH:

VAIVRK OF TIS SIDELIB6 R5QUIREMM AT 715 QMMMLM LANE.
LOT 2, U=- 1, FAZEItD 0-LBOGUESS ADDITZON, FOR, A VARIANCE OF
THE $00 SIMUN REQUIREMLM OR A CONER LOT TO 42.5'
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindssth, Johns= and Humphrey. Ne one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
