Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 2nd day of June, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson, Hintz and Humphrey.
There were no absent members.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-164
WHEREAS, Mr. Henry Ohnstad, 11710 Ridgemount Avenue, requested a
Subdivision Waiver on Plat 44620, Parcel 5820.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to
the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres
in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described land:
Tract A: The West 105.05 feet of Lot 13, Block 2, Sunrise
Acres, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Tract B: Lot 13, Block 2 Sunrise Acres, except the West
105.05 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Kindseth, Johnson and Humphrey, and the following voted against:
Councilman Hintz.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk- of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June
2, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a true, full and complete transcript therefrom.
