HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-163Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was
held on June 2, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway
No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson,
Kindseth and Humphrey. The following members were absent: None.
Quncilman Humphrey introduced the
following resolution and moved its adoption:
"RE'SOLUTION NO. 69=163
A RESOLUTION 'VACATING A PORTION OF TRACT F
REGISTERED LAND SURVEY , NO, 857-
WHEREAS,
57WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according
t6 law a public hearing was held by the Village Council of the
Villago,..of Plymouth at its regular meeting on June 2, 1969 to
consider the vacation of a portion of Tract F, Registered Land
Survey No,. :857 and,
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be
heard were given such opportunity.after,which said public
'heating was declared closed by the Mayor,
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT, ;HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL -OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the following described street
lying within the Village of Plymouth is hereby
declared:, to. be vacated:
That Bart of Tract F, Registered Land
Survey No. 057, files of Registrar of
Titlea, County of Hennepin, lying Southerly
of a'•,li.ne drawn parallel with and 60
feet southerly of the'South lines of
Tracts A, g, C and D, Registered Land Survey
No. 641.
2. That the Village Clerk -Administrator is
hereby directed to furnish a certified copy of this
resolution to the applicant for such vacation."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Aindseth and.
Humphrey. The following voted against; None.
