RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
June, 1969.
The following asembera were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Famphrey,
Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. No members were absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-162
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
the following to -wit:
SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN INSTALLATIONS IN AREAS 1, 2 AND 3
OF THE SOUTHWEST SANITARY SEWER PROGRAM (CREENTREE FOREST, IMPLKKAL
HILLS AND PINECREST) (PROJECT NO. 68-1E) INCLUDING COMPACTION.
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WREUAS, it appears that Orfei S Sons, 1156 Homer Street, St. Paul 55116
(Asea 1), peter Lametti Construction, 615 Drake Street, St. Paul 55102 (Drees 2
and -3) are the lowest responsible bidders,
Peter LaWtti Const. Co., Area No. 2, Imperial Hills for a total of
$474,231.10 and Peter Lametti Const. Co., Area No. 3, Pinecrest for
a total of $530. 092.70 according to the plans and specifications
therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office
of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the depositsmadewith their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the -next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth
and Johnson.. No one voted against,

Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
