Councilman Johnson introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-160
WKWIFAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
the 3rd day of May. 19 b8, the Village Engineer has
prepared plans and specifications _
SETTING THE DATE FOR TAKING OF BIDS FOR AREA f4, BIRCH BRIAR AND
AREA $5 SUNNY ACRES ALL OF THE SOUTHWEST SEWER AND WATER PROJECT
#68-1E, FOR JUNE 20TH, 1969; THE TIME OF OPENING FOR AREA f4
TO BE SET AT 10:00 O'CLOCK AND THE TIME OF OPENING FOR AREA #5
TO BE SET AT 11:00 0*CLOCK
and has presented such plans and specifications to ludic Council for
approval;
NOW TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

1. 11Such plans and specifications, a copy of Which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in The Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon
the making of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state t will o ne dere by
the Council at 1, M. On un ' nor ea in
the Council ere of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified cher; payable to the Clerk
for 5Z percent of the as.unt of such bid."
The motion for the adoptiop.of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Kindseth and Hintz
The following voted against the same; None

WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a ?OWN (special) meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
May 26. , 196 99, with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to setting the date for taking of
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 6th day of June , 1969 .
