Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May, 1969. The following se=vers were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson and Hintz. Councilman
Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 69-157
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVi THE RECOMMENDATION OF CHIEF HAW[tmm TO HIRE
DAVID"SIMONDET AS JUVENILE OFFICER
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnsan, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Jobason and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the underaitood, being, the duly qualified and acting clerk . of the
Village of Piymuth .Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular seating of the
Village Council of said vfllage held t.e 19tH day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same'is.a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.

9. The Mayor and Village Attorney of the said Village
of Plymouth are hereby authorized to acquire ease -
seats over said lands for the aforementioned purpose
and to take any and all legal steps necessary to
such proceedings.
The notion to adopt the resolution was seconded by
Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Councilman Johnson and Councilman Kindseth.
and the following voted against the sane: None; whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, GERALD G. SPLINTEBO being the duly qualified and
acting Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have examined the
attached and foregoing copy of a resolution authorizing condemna-
tion of certain lands within the Village of Plymouth and that the
same is a true and correct copy of a resolution duly passed by
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth on the 19th day
of May, 1969, as the same is not forth in the minutes of the
meeting of said Council on file and of record in my office.
