Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Cauncilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman
Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Kindueth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-155
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
ESTABLISHING A SALARY INCREASE EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 1969 OF THE VILLAGE
STAFF AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF NECESSARY FUNDS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY POND TO THE VARIOUS PERSONAL SERVICE ACCOUNTS AFFECTED.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being.taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilaven Hints, '
Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.-
