Pursuant to.due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting; of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman
Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 69-154
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY Tiro VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK CONSTRUCTION AND SINKING
FUND DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING MAY 19, 1969 IN THE
P!iOUNT OF $2,561.40.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following votad in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly Qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 19th day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of
the village this 23rd day of May, 1969.
