HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-154VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to.due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting; of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of May, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No. 69-154 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY Tiro VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH; APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK CONSTRUCTION AND SINKING FUND DISBURSEMENT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING MAY 19, 1969 IN THE P!iOUNT OF $2,561.40. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following votad in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. inlriF dtie* **t STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly Qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 19th day of May, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
