Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regul-ir meeting of t
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on th
19th day of May, 1969. The following members Were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Johnson and Hints. Councilman
Humphrey was absent.
Councilman-Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-153
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK DISBURSEMENT FOR THE
PERIOD ENDING MAY 19, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $185,601.53.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution'was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Kindseth,
Johnson and Hintz. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adapted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 19th day of Hay, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a'full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
