Pursuant to due call and notice thereo€,a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of May, 1969, The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following
member was absent: Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-152>
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT WMEBY RESOLVi:O BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPROVING THE REGULAR PAYROLL FOR THE PERIOD ENDING MAX 15, 1969
IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,020.23.
Tae motion fur the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilaan Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the followtng
voted in favor thea of: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and
Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the -
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that.1 have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 19th day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom,
