VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of May, 1969, at 7:35 P.M. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-150 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION FOR A GRANT UNDER THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 446 et seq.), the United States of.America has authorized the making of Grants to authorized applicants to aid in the construction of specific public projects: NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth: 1. That Gerald Splinter be, and hereby is, authorized to execute and file an application and to sign all federal documents connected with the project on behalf of the Village with the U.S. Department of Interior, Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, for a grant to aid in the construction of a sewage treatment plant, sanitary sewer and appurtenances. 2. That Gerfl-d Splinter, Village Clerk, be, and is hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the U.S. Depar.menz of Interior may reasonably request in connection with the app:ication which is herein authorized to be filed, and sign all necessary documents. of the foregoing Resolution was Z.. mndupon vote being taken thereon,
