2. The Village Attorney is instructed to
communicate the substance of this resolution
to the attorney for Mr.. Johnson."
The above motion was seconded by ,Couneikan Hintz
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted infavor
thereof: Mayor'Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.
The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed
and adopted.
