Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Vill-iie Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
Sth day of May, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindeeth. No one
was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-141
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILIkGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
ORDERING ,HE ENGINEER TO PREPARE A PRELIMINARY REPORT ON SEWER
AND WATER INSTALLATION FOR RESIDENTS ON 6TH AIENUE NORTH
BOUNDED BY VICKSBURG AND RANCHVIEW LANES, WHICH AREA HAD REQUESTED
ORIGINALLY TO Dr DELETED FROM THE SOUTHWEST PROJECT 468-1E.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said village held the 5th day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
