HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-139VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of May. 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one was absent. rte* rrr *** Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-139 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: INCLUDING OAV"D HILLS IST AT 26TH AVENUE IN THE SO1,ITHWEST SEWER AND WATER PROJECT 68-1E. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded,by Councilman Kindaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth. Councilmen Johnson and Humphrey voted against.
