Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of May. 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints, Johnson, Kindseth and Humphrey. No one
was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-139
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
INCLUDING OAV"D HILLS IST AT 26TH AVENUE IN THE SO1,ITHWEST
SEWER AND WATER PROJECT 68-1E.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded,by Councilman Kindaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and
Kindseth. Councilmen Johnson and Humphrey voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and ,adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, herroy oertj'4 that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a,regular meeting; of the
Village Council of said village held the 5th day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in,my office and the name is a full, true and
complete. transcript therefrom.
