Pursuant to due tall and notice thereof, a regular AAWk i
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of P1youth, Minnesota,

and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to K.S.A. Sec. 424.011 to 429.111.

Wwreurpon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
