Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (pppFAg) meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held an the 5th
day of Moa . 19.19
The following mambere were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson
and the following members were absent: ;ane
/f##W Councilman BumphreY introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions aee.,nUcann nTn_ 69-"
WMMM, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 17th day of Feb-
],9„yg,,,, fixed the 17thday of Bch . 19 69 as the date for pablic,
hearing on: WATER MAIN EXTENSION 13TH AVENUE TO 26TH AVENUE
AT A COST OF•$86,500.00
PROJECT 16"
with respect to the following street(@), to -wits
South Shore Boulevard from 13th Avenue to -19th Avenue
19th Avenue from South Shore Boulevard to Lancaster Lane
Lancaster Lane from 19th Avenue to 26th Avenue
WKMWAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the
asking of these improvements were given ten days' published notice of the Council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was
held and property owners heard an the 17th day of Mich , 19_L9_.
NOW =WORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLIMUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(s) as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted .....37th dj.i,LL�!jiti�..�19,69,_,•
2• The Village Fhgineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvements."

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have .carefully
