t VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular westing of the
F Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the Sth day of May, 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Counellaen Hint:, Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson.
No members were absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-131
NOW TMMUORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
DIRECTING THE ENGINEER NOT TO PROCEED WITH ANY OF THE IMPROVEMENTS
' ORDERED IN RESOLUTION 1 69-130 UNTIL THE COUNCIL HAS A CHANCE TO
REVIEW THE SUBJECT FURTHER WITH THE ENGINEER AND THE DETAIL
INVOLVED IN CONSTRUCTION TIME AND OUR FINANCIAL STATUS CAN BE DISCUSSED
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Coca^ amen Hintz,
Humphrey, Kindseth and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Flymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared 'the foregoing, extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council,of said village held the 5th day of :!lay, 1969, with the
original thereof an file in my office and the save is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand, officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the village this 27th day of May, 969.
