HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-130Councilmen Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-130 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ORDERING THE FOLLOWING. (1) THE INSTALLATION OF WATER AND SEWER LATERALS BETWEEN SIXTH AND TENTH AVENUES TO SERVE THE EXISTING INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES. (2) THE VILLAGE COUNCIL SHOULD ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOUTHEAST LEG OF THE NORTHEAST INTERCEPTOR FROM HIGHWAY #55 TO 17TH AVENUE FOR CONSTRUCTION IN 1970. THE INSTALLATION OF THIS INTERCEPTOR WILL ELIMINATE THE TEMPORARY LIFT STATION AT GRUMAN STEEL. (3) THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PERMANENT MAJOR LIFT STATION OF THE VILLAGE AND THE FORCE MAIN TO DUPONT AVENUE IN MINNEAPOLIS FOR CONSTRUCTION IN 1970. rThe notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, gindseth, Himpbrey and Johnson.
