VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due tali and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village"Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 5th day of May, 1969..The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No
one 'was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its ail 1ntion:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-128
NOW THEREFOR -E, BE IT HEREIY RESOLVRD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
ORDUING THE ENGINEER ,Tn PREPARE A PRunumARY REPORT FOR THE
EXTENSION OF VICKSBURG LANE DOWN THE WEST SIDE OF THE
PLAYHOUSE INDUSTRIAL TRACT.'
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas
duly seconded V- Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the folov'j,.g voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
JohnsrJ 9Ad Humphrey. Councilman Kindseth abstained.
WhEreupon the Resolution Was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of 'Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared±the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village,Council of said village held the 5th day of May, 1969, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the ease is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
