HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-127Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-127 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO PREPARE A FINANCIAL ANALYSIS FOR AN OVERALL STATE AID ROAD PLAN TO INCLUDE ZACHARY LANE FROM COUNTY ROAD #9 TO THE SOUTH TO 34TH AVENUE AND 36TH AVENUE FROM #281 JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL WEST TO ZACHARY LANE. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution vas duly seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilds, Councilmen Hints, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution van declared duly passed and adopted. *ik kkk kkk STATE OF MINNRSOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared, the foregoing astsact of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 5th day of May, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same to a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
