ROGER FAZENDIN ON THE ERIK 09 PROPERTY.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
econded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor; thereof: Councilman Hints.,-Humphrey, Rindeeth
and Johnson. Mayor Hilde abstained.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
