HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-1244 J4. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r-.gular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 5th day of May, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one was absent. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-124 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVE THE REGULAR PAYROLL FOR THE PERIOD ENDING APRIL 30, 1969 IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,826.23. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof;Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared .the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 5th day of May, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
