Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of May, 1969. The following mesbarm were present: Mayor lflda
Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and mored
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-123
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
APPOINTMENT OF BARR ENGINEERING, 440 ROANOKE BUILDING,
TO STUDY DRAINAGE NORTH AND WEST OF COUNTY #18 AND
COUNTY #9
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilwn Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Couneilmsn Hists,
Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
