Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-122 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, AUTHORIZES PURCHASE OF A 2-1/2 TON DUMP TRUCK WITH SNOWPLOW AND SMING EQUIPMENT TO BE PAID FOR OUT OF THE 1970 BUDGET. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Kindseth, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS.
