HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-116Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of April, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints, Humphrey and Johnson. Councilman Kindseth was absent. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption - RESOLUTION NO. 69-116 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE REQUEST BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND BUILDING CODES ADVISORY COMMISSION FOR THE USE OF NEPTUNE WATER METERS FOR RESIDEN`IS AND ROCKWELL METERS FOR COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS AND ESTABLISH THESE AS THE OFFICIAL VILLAGE RATER METERS. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey and Johnson. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF HWRWIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held the 28th day of April, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the ane is a fully, true and complete transcript therefrom.
